Welcome to Orzenta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website orzenta.com and all services provided by Orzenta ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Orzenta provides done-for-you AI-powered business automation services designed for local service businesses, including but not limited to:
Specific services provided depend on the plan selected. Service details are outlined in your order confirmation or service agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You may be provided access to a client portal or software platform as part of your service plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
AI Reception plans are offered on a self-serve subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing:

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount as shown at the time of purchase. New AI Reception subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; your payment method is not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel during the trial at no cost. Additional phone numbers are available on request. Done-For-You platform builds (Foundation $499 setup + $499/mo, Accelerate $999 setup + $699/mo, Elite $1,999 setup + $1,499/mo, Enterprise custom-quoted), website projects, and advisory engagements are governed by their individual service agreements. All fees are billed on your subscription date and processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing, except that annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term receive a prorated refund.
Each AI Reception plan includes a set number of voice minutes per month: Essentials 250, Starter 750, Growth 1,500, Pro 3,000. Spam calls and calls you transfer to a human do not count toward your monthly allowance. If your usage exceeds your monthly allowance, additional minutes are billed as overage at the tier's per-minute rate: Essentials $0.39, Starter $0.29, Growth $0.25, Pro $0.22 per minute. Done-For-You plans include their own allowances: Foundation 2,000 minutes ($0.25 overage), Accelerate 3,000 minutes ($0.22 overage), Elite 5,000 minutes ($0.20 overage); Enterprise pools 8,000+ minutes across seats at volume pricing. Live minute usage is visible in your dashboard, so there are no surprise bills. We reserve the right to require an upgrade, apply a usage limit, or terminate service for resale, call-center, aggregation, or other non-ordinary use that substantially and persistently exceeds normal operating volume.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@orzenta.com or by calling 1-888-988-7683. For AI Reception subscriptions, cancellations during the 14-day free trial are at no cost. After the trial, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Upon cancellation:
We guarantee measurable results within 90 days of your service launch date. If you do not see measurable improvement in your defined metrics within 90 days, your next month of service will be provided at no charge.
This guarantee applies provided that: you have followed our onboarding process and provided all required information; your account has been active for the full 90-day period; and you have not materially interfered with the automations or workflows we have configured. This guarantee applies to the monthly subscription fee only and does not include setup fees or third-party costs.

You may not use our services to send unsolicited messages, promote illegal activities, harass or deceive recipients, violate applicable laws, or impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.
As part of our services, we configure automated SMS/MMS messaging on your behalf. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring all recipients have provided prior express written consent to receive automated text messages, that all messages must include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"), and that you will not send messages to contacts who have opted out. We are not liable for your use of messaging tools in violation of applicable law.
All content on orzenta.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Orzenta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any custom workflows, automations, templates, or assets we build specifically for your business remain yours to use within your GHL account. However, our proprietary templates, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Orzenta.
Our services are built on and integrated with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Twilio, Google, and others. We are not responsible for the uptime, availability, or changes to these third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORZENTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO ORZENTA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orzenta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Prince George's County, Maryland. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orzenta with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
