How is this different from Orzenta's SaaS product?
Orzenta SaaS is a productized tool for smaller shops — AI answering, speed-to-lead, and a trades-tuned CRM at a monthly subscription. Orzenta AI Desk is a hands-on partnership for established operators who need custom AI installs, team enablement, and embedded strategy. Same company, same underlying expertise, different engagement model. Some clients use both.
Will you sign an NDA before the audit?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA available on request before the 45-min call.
What if the sprint doesn't deliver ROI?
We scope the sprint around a measurable outcome (booked jobs, cost per lead, hours saved, etc.) before we start. If we hit it, we earn the retainer conversation. If we don't, no retainer pitch.
Do I need to replace any of my existing tools?
Usually no. We work with what you have — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, GHL, Jobber, whatever. Most of the work is wiring, prompting, and training, not ripping and replacing.
How is my data handled?
Your data stays in your systems. Where AI models touch data, we use enterprise-tier APIs with no training on your content. Full data handling summary provided at contract signing.

Who actually does the work?
